Pre-Test: May 2
Pre-Test begins at 8am. Contact Lon Ruddock 401-364-8878 to confirm attendance and to reserve birds. If you do not reserve birds there will not be enough for you. Bring own lunch and drink for you and your dog.

Test: May 22-23
Test starts promptly at 7 AM each day. Please be there in advance of the start time. Breakfast and lunch will be available for a small fee. Plan to join us for a no host judges dinner after the reading of the scores on Saturday. Remember to bring food and water for your dog!

SNE Chapter Test Entry & Refund Policy
Membership rates for chapter tests shall be applicable to any dogs tested which are owned or handled by NAVHDA members. For the Spring Test entries received must be postmarked January 1 of the test year or later. Entries for the Fall test must be postmarked February 1 of the test year or later. Please send completed current year NAVHDA official test entry form following the guidelines listed below and mail to:

All dogs entering any NAVHDA test are required to be NAVHDA registered, please include the completed current year entry form, this can be downloaded from the NAVHDA International web site and if applicable, a copy of hip x-ray evaluation certificate and a copy of the DNA certificate. The hip x-ray certificate does not need to be included if it is already on file with NAVHDA central office. Payment may be a money order, bank draft or personal check made payable to SNE NAVHDA (please send no cash). Entries are on a first come, first serve basis and there is a no bumping policy. You will be notified that you have been placed either on a running list or, if we are full, a waiting list. A final running order should be set 2 to 3 weeks before the test.

Refund Policy: If you withdraw from the test 2 weeks prior to the test, your entry fee will be refunded only if there is a dog on the waiting list. If you withdraw within two weeks of the test there will be no refund. If your dog cannot run due to an injury, your entry fee will be refunded (A note from your Veterinarian is required).
